Climate Budget Tagging for East Kalimantan

East Kalimantan sits at the centre of Indonesia's forest-climate agenda and hosts the new capital, Nusantara. Its provincial budget has grown rapidly, but climate-relevant expenditure has never been systematically traced.

This project builds a tagging methodology adapted to provincial budget structures, trains planning and finance staff to apply it, and produces the province's first climate expenditure review.
